Appraisal

To emphasize the vital role of autonomy & extracurricular resources in learning English as a foreign language.
Performance appraisal will be conducted over three days according to certain criteria set in advance by specialized committees. It is a festive atmosphere of learning, in which all teams meet to exchange experiences.

Team members take an English language test on the 1 day of the ELO event, while Teamwork, Project, Theatrical Performance, and Community Service are evaluated on the 2 and 3 days where Team members perform before judging committees, in addition to a Collage activity that takes place on the last day of the ELO event.

Results are announced, and winning teams receive awards in the ELO Closing Ceremony.
